How do I restore my purchases?

Open PackNest, go to the credits or purchase screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Will my checklists come back after reinstalling the app?

If you signed in with Apple and synced your data, your lists can be restored after reinstalling or changing devices. If you only used local storage and never enabled sync, deleted app data may not be recoverable.

Why is my generated list different for each destination?

PackNest creates lists based on destination context such as weather, walking intensity, local etiquette, travel style, and common activities. That is why a Kyoto trip and a Bali trip may produce very different results.

What should I include in a bug report?

Please include your device model, iOS version, the destination you entered, what happened, and a screenshot if possible. That gives us the fastest path to reproduce and fix the issue.
