Mathpad

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download, install, or use Mathpad ("the app"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

The app provides a calculator notebook: notes with inline calculation, variables, unit conversion, date math, currency conversion, loan estimates, paper themes, templates, iCloud sync, reminders, and image sharing. Features may change with updates, system environment, or network availability.

3. Your content and backups

Notes you create are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. Please keep backups of important content using system backup, export, or sharing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, OS upgrades, app removal, storage issues, or deletion by you.

4. Calculation results

Results are provided for reference and record-keeping only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Loan, currency, date, and similar calculations may differ from real-world outcomes due to regional rules, live data, rounding, or configuration. Verify independently before making important decisions.

5. Purchase

Mathpad is a one-time purchase sold through the App Store. Pricing is shown on the App Store product page. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or Apple's standard license terms. Your use must comply with applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid for the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
