Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Sticker Diary, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. The app

Sticker Diary turns your photos into stickers and lets you keep a sticker journal. Features may change between versions. We work to keep the app reliable but can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

3. Sticker Diary Pro

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Your content

The photos, stickers and writing you create belong to you. Please only use photos you have the right to use, and don't use the app for anything unlawful or abusive.

5. Backups

Your content is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device or losing it may remove your content permanently, so please keep your own backups.

6. Our content

The app's design, code, icons and artwork (other than your content) belong to the developer or its licensors. Bundled fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data or other indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
