Sticker Diary Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Your photos, stickers and diary entries stay on your iPhone. We don't have accounts, we don't run analytics, and we don't upload your content to our servers.

2. What the app uses, and why

Photos you take or choose: cut out into stickers on your device using Apple's built-in image tools. The photos are not uploaded.
Your stickers and diary text: stored locally so you can view, edit and share them.
Dates: used to organize stickers and diary pages on your calendar.
Purchases: subscriptions are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription status. It receives your purchase history (which plan, when, and in which App Store country) linked to a random anonymous ID created by the app. It never receives your name, Apple ID email, payment details, photos or diary text.

3. Permissions

Camera: to take photos and turn them into stickers.
Photo Library: to pick existing photos, and to save diary pages or monthly recaps when you choose to.

You can change these at any time in the iOS Settings app.

4. Chinese-language AI writing

When the app is set to Simplified Chinese, it offers an optional AI diary-writing feature. Only if you use that feature, the stickers from that day are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio to generate the text. The English version of the app does not include this feature and sends nothing.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

Everything is stored in the app's storage on your device. You can delete stickers and diary pages inside the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data. Because there is no cloud copy, deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove your content.

6. Children

Sticker Diary is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled, such as cloud sync, we will update this page and the effective date before those features ship.
